Qigong

Qigong (or chigong) consists of techniques for dealing with human energy flow. The techniques use the body's chakras and meridians, the focal points and channels through which energy flows. By freeing blockages in these channels, chigong can relieve pain, strengthen the body's constitution, allegedly improve intelligence and prolong life Unlike Western exercise, which concentrates on muscular and skeletal development from the outside inward, qigong works the body from the inside out, connecting the body and spirit with a focus on breathing, concentration and physical movements.
