Berrywork
Although primarily based on bringing balance into soft tissue, the Berry Method also includes visceral components as well as extensive lymphatic work. A unique component of the Berry Method is the use of muscle or organ positioning. While rubbing traumatized ligaments or muscle might loosen the area, it would still remain out of position, making the area unstable and prone to further damage. By shifting the ligament back into place, proper mechanics can be restored. The technique promotes the belief that the body has a memory and with encouragement organs would return to their proper place.
