Cranial Soft Tissue Release
Paul St. John designed a cranial soft tissue release based on the law of balance and symmetry. The technique examines cranial measurements to identify hidden sources of proprioception, muscle tension patterns and how the postural muscles influence the cranium while the client is standing. Performing cranial soft tissue release is said to result in an overall relaxation response.
