Ortho-bionomy
Ortho-bionomy, a gentle, osteopathic style of body therapy, was developed by Arthur Lincoln Pauls, D.O., and is designed to help patients gain an understanding of their body messages so they can respond to distress signals appropriately. Ortho-bionomy works by stimulating the body's self-balancing and self-correcting reflexes through the proprioceptive reflexes in the muscles and joints. The technique integrates homeopathic concepts and has been effective for treating injuries, pain associated with structural and postural imbalances and chronic stress. It works towards creating improved flexibility, reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, increased range of motion and full body relaxation.
