Created by Moshe Feldenkrais, the Feldenkrais Method is intended to help clients reconnect with their natural abilities to move, think and feel. Because the Feldenkrais Method focuses on the relationship between movement and thought, clients can experience increased mental awareness and creativity as well as physical improvements.
The Feldenkrais Method teaches, through movement, how we can improve our capabilities to function in our daily lives.
