What is Deep Tissue Massage?
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Unlike other forms of massage that are more superficial and relaxing, deep tissue massage is intended to release tension in the deeper muscle layers and is often used to treat specific physical issues, such as sports injuries or muscle pain.
